    Step 1: The client is sent client questionnaire completion request
    Step 2: We will be in touch to explain the way forward as needed
    Step 3: A Consultant is assigned to the project and client
    Step 4: Client to submit completed client questionnaire & supporting docs
    Step 5: A consultation (Skype / telephonic) is held between consultant & client if needed
    Step 6: Consultant reviews client’s information and client questionnare
    Step 7: Project is commenced and deadline date established
    Step 8: Business Plan & financials is drafted once our research is concluded
    Step 9: Client reminded to settle outstanding invoice before deadline
    Step 10: Draft business plan is sent to client by the agreed deadline date
    Step 11: Client has opportunity to read plan and request changes
    Step 12: Finalised business plan is sent to client within 24 hours
    Step 13: Client has a further 30 days or 3 versions (whichever comes first) to request any further minor amendments
    Step 14: A debriefing is arranged if requested by client (Skype / telephonic)
